370Z fenders fittings question
im looking for :
Fly1motorsports fenders Carbon signal fenders duraflex fenders my quesiton is , is there someone who can tell me if the fitting is perfect on those fenders ? i dont want an ugly fender liner because of bad quality thanks ! |
None of the aftermarket fenders will fit as good as OEM.
How close you get, will depend on how good your body shop is. |
Our V1 in OEM fits with like just OEM no need for test fitment before paint also
For the FRP V1/V2 prep work for paint is needed and test fitting is suggested for making holes but very confident of not having any gaps as we install locally quiet a lot maybe people who bought in USA can comment more. We also sell painted ones as per colour code. |
All you need to know.

I bought aftermarket full carbon fiber fenders and was disappointed with the fit. I ended up selling them before completing the installation. Fitment just wasn't right. The person who purchased them was able to get them installed and was happy, so they are an option, but not if you want oem look.
I had a local shop hand cut vents in my stock fenders and very happy with the results. I believe Carbon Signal oem vented fenders are much the same as my custom fenders. |
These are Carbon Signal V1

never ever buy duraflex anything

I got the fly one fenders. Fitment was 9.5/10, and I installed myself, I bet a shop could get the gaps to 10/10.

We cut the fenders but we have a piece which is installed that is in FRP all for 450$ paint any fender OEM or FRP ones 250$
Cutting it is a good option but a piece is needed along side door as when metal is less over there when cut and pushed in. |
I vaguely remember you saying you could make any fender 10mm wider if special ordered, is that right?
