Power Window Switch

Hi, does anyone having information on how to repair/replace a broken power window switch. The switch doesn't have any spring to it and is just laying flat.

It is the passenger window switch on the driver's side.

Thanks.

R&R procedure and part numbers are in the FSM.

Thanks. Does anyone have any personal experience with replacing/repairing a power window switch?

Is this something I can do myself?

Thanks.

If you have any experience R&Ring interior panels, you should be able to DIY. If not, you should be able to find a buddy with experience that can help out.
The electrical plugs are polarized, so you'd have to make a serious effort to screw that up.

I doubt that the switch is repairable - but you might get lucky and a spring just popped out of place and can be easily restored.

Thanks. So, it looks like I will need to replace the whole master door window switch. I can get one on Ebay for around $100.

Thanks.

Which side is it? I've got the full driver's side panel that you can have for shipping.
If for some reason it doesn't work when you get it (if you want it), I'll refund you.

Edit: I just re-read and saw that it was driver's that you need. PM me and I'll get you hooked up.

This would probably take a minute or less to swap out.

Thanks, again. The switch works great. I found a DIY showing how to take it out without having to remove the door panel. Only took 10 minutes.

Great to hear. Sorry I didn't pass on the info as to how to remove it.
