I imagine someone will post and drool over it. Does absolutely nothing for me and to be honest looks like crap...

cooltoy 06-01-2016 12:03 PM

It will look better without all the add on fins and spliters.

What I like is how the wide-body components fit the kit (obviously, since it's made by Varis for Varis). Much better then any widebody fenders made so far. There are no breaks in the lines unlike the other ones..

Wonka2581 06-01-2016 12:28 PM

I actually like it. Anymore shots of it? Like from the rear? And what's the price point on this ?

cooltoy 06-01-2016 12:35 PM

Not cheap. Click on the links I provided.

Wonka2581 06-01-2016 01:11 PM

Oweeee.... I just seen the price tag... FML.... $12,750.00 :eekdance:

cooltoy 06-01-2016 01:27 PM

That's with CF, All FRP would be less.

Also I am not sure if that includes the rest of the Varis kit (front, rear and fenders).

I was talking with some of the guys over at Bulletproof and they were saying how the CEO of VARIS was driving this around Japan and that he HATED it.. Looks great! Lots of head turning! but its a WIIIIIIIDDDDDEEEEEEE Body Kit, not widebody kit.

In the States or in Canada the kamikaze takes up the entire lane, paint to paint. And you have to drive that thing straight as an arrow with someone next to you.
In Japan with how small the lanes are, it was taking up the full lane and on top of it the driver side of the car's wheels were over the painted middle roadway divider

The kit looks like its specified towards time attack and if you wanted more of a show car you are looking at Gale's kit which is the Varis Arrising II kit. usually that entire kit in Carbon without the Hyper narrow GT wing will run $9k plus shipping

cooltoy 06-02-2016 03:18 PM

Are you saying it's wider then a full size truck?

JC-Nismo 06-02-2016 03:19 PM

Too much going on for my taste.

Hotrodz 06-02-2016 04:05 PM

Mr. Galeforce build is absolutely gorgeous and I agree with Mr cooltoy that all the add on distracts from the kit.

What is a full size truck to you?

Are we talking a Private passenger vehicle or like a commercial 18wheeler?

leatherface24 06-15-2016 10:12 AM

Thats atrocious in most areas and cool in very few

Ford F-150 is full to me, but I am not sure what he means by full.

GaleForce 06-15-2016 02:18 PM

The kit isn't that wide... 50mm (1.97") per corner. 100mm (3.94") increase in total width.

*Stock overall width 1845mm (72.6")

Edit- In comparison my 2015 GMC Sierra has an overall width of 2032mm (80"). This is body only, not including mirrors.

cooltoy 06-15-2016 02:32 PM

So are you doing it?

Wiggins3377 06-16-2016 09:21 AM

This kit definitely requires a baller car with power to backup the crazy aero. I for one think it'll look great if pulled off correctly. I cant wait to see another one done.

to go carbon on the full kit is only $2750 more

sounds like a steal to me

carlitos_370z 06-16-2016 10:07 AM

Looks great but I personally preferred MR Gale's kit  looks better... But in the other hand we have to see if all those parts worth it on the track ;) Knowing that is Varis I hope is not just for looks purpose :stirthepot:

mishuko 06-16-2016 12:11 PM

I like the varis since the new nismo takes queues from it but the widebodies.... hmmm not sure

Just can't half *** this kit. you'd need wheels to match, bigass brakes, full custom interior, and a couple turbos to go with it.
