Carbonsigal console
Have any of you Z guys who installed the Carbonsignal GTR styled console had any issues? After following the instructions carefully that they sent me i cannot get mine to work. The screen remains blank. Power is going to the control module and the screen, the HDMI cable is correct as well as the OBDII cable. Any suggestions?

Check all your connections again, probably don't have something hooked up right. If you did receive a defective one good luck getting a replacement.
They ****** me out of 700$ of interior CF pieces and never bothered to take care of it. |

Have used Carbonsignal for other products and never had any issue. Hope they do the right thing on this produce as per their forum response. Will check all the connections again but do not think that is the problem. |

Just an update customers module and screen were sent back for replacement and found out it was more likely an installation error.

As i said to Carbonsignal in a direct email, checked the wiring connections several times, followed their instructions and even sent sent pictures. Even paid the shipping costs to return for repair. If does not work will request refund.

We have very little in our hands and can't say anything what was the problem. We always suggest to take an expert option on installation from an audio guy.

Already paid the shipping to return the console for repair or evaluation. Not reasonable to pay the expense if an audio shop does the install and they find console is defective. Based on the instructions you sent me the wiring is relatively simple. Will check out myself when i get receive the console back before spending any more money. |
We were told most likely blue wore wasn't connected bit Zada said they plugged in it worked so difficult to see how it was wired. As per pics you sent only blue wire wasn't connected which I believe you did as well.

Blue wire was connected. Still waiting for tracking number.

carbonsignal i emailed yall awhile back about one of the red wires that powers the screen seemed to have broken off the tab and requesting a replacement. I got no response from yall....

Good luck guys, took them weeks to respond for me, they seem to be really busy or on holiday a lot. Paypal even had a hard time getting a hold of them.

Received the console kit back. Wired it in the same way as i did before but this time it is working.

Update on the CarbonSignal GTR styled console
Received the kit back from ZadaTech. Unfortunately it only worked for less the one day.They are sending me another controller which they seem to think is the problem.
This is the first time i have ever had buyers regret for somthing i have bought for my Z.:wtf: |
