Rear Hatch Fitting Issue(now with videos)

So I noticed that the driver side o the rear hatch sits more flush than the passengers side. Also when i push down on it there is more play too. I dont have any water leaks, but do seem to have more noise from the passenger side. Of course the sound issue could be the car itself. Ill link some videos/post pics later. But any input on this is appreciated. :tiphat: :driving:

I did buy it used. Stated no accidents, but i can tell where the front bumper had some paint work done, didnt notice anything on the rear. Might take it back and them look at it. Only had 11,200 miles when I bought it. Its annoying me now.

It may have not been in an accident. Possibly vandalized or attempted theft followed by repair/replacement. I would discuss this with the selling dealer and see if they could help out. If they are not willing to budge, contact BBB in your area.

This is true. Will have to stop by Monday morning.

Well I adjusted the latch as was suggested in another post and it now closes better. The passenger side still has play, but apparently all 370's do. I checked new ones at a dealer ship for comparison.
