The Z Store makes this lovely CF piece for the front bumper for $144

but, I don't need it to be CF, just black pvc/fiberglass/plastic.

Anybody here handy enough to make this piece or know someone who is?

I'm trying to cover over where the awful Nissan DRL they sold for 2008-2012 model. Removing the lights reveals where the plastic was cut to fit them...ugh!

Thanks in advance

Does anyone else think it looks like a mustache? lol.

Good luck with your search!

Was gonna say it's a little moustache

I can "make" one for 350. It'll be gloss or flat black. Or pretty much any damn color of your choice.

$144 is cheap as hell.

Sell me the OEM DRLs

Go with the $144 spend and save yourself the headache. If you want to go cheaper, diy fill-in the holes, smooth it out and wrap it or paint it yourself. It is a small area.

Agreed, $144 (more like $180 w/ taxes + shipping) is a good deal.

I was merely asking the question.

Thanks.

As for the DRL's, these are the ones that Nissan sold for the 09-12 model.
They look very after market and, more than 1/2 the LED's are fried with no way to repair them...according to Nissan.

Once I get them off, I'll gladly sell them to you.

Still a great price btw. And they're local-ish, bet they can cut you a cash discount price

You might be able to find a new preprinted bumper someone took off for sub $200 too. Luckily you're in CA, so it's very possible

There's a guy selling an unpainted stock bumper for $150 + shipping (non-sport model) in classifieds, he's in N.C. though.

I almost bought it from him...I still might but, I figured this piece might be a cheaper alternative since I'd have to have the bumper prepped & painted.

I'm not a big DIY guy and the body shop near me says he doesn't think he can patch the holes cleanly...Nissan made it so you really had to butcher that plastic piece on the bumper to mount these.

bought the Z store piece...4-6 weeks on back order:icon14:
