The holes are not pre drilled, but it has dimples to show you were to drill.

No mounting hardware, your OEM bumper hardware is to be used.

Would you guys still recommend Fly1, or aero? Now that my Tax returned dropped in I've been looking at a replica amuse kit but with all the stuff on aero and the recent Fly1 threads I've been seeing I'm not sure what to do except find a used one someone is willing to ship (not likely) or going stillen
