2016 nismo wing on 16' sport

I went to my friends shop to do this since I heard of people damaging their hatch or breaking the wing taking it off.

We successfully got the sport wing off. The nismo wing is exactly the same except for the 4-6 clips where the wing mounts to the bottom of hatch. I took those clips out and put 3m automotive tape instead.

We installed the nismo wing using the 4 bolts as per sport wing and all the sport clip holes lined up as well. For the lower part of the wing we bolted everything down and claimed the very bottom of the wing to the hatch. We let it sit in the sun for an hour +.

Sorry for no install pics, but here's some pics installed. Very pleased in how it came out and am super stoked I didn't have to Swiss cheese my sport hatch. I can always go back.....

Nice to know you didn't have to swiss cheese your hatch... Just bought a MB one myself. Looks good

Thank you, I was pretty pleased with how it mounted. I originally thought the bolts wouldn't line up but they do. Those 4-6 lower clips are nothing a little 3m tape can't fix

I dig it. How much did that set you back?
