Steering Wheel Misfortune. Help!

Hello! I recently installed a Nardi steering wheel into my 370z, and upon completion the traction control light went off. The resistors did not work. What do I do?

I think that's the reason Im so hesitant to replace my steering wheel with the flat bottomed one. I once replaced one in another car and ended up busting the clock spring thingy
