Ive been paying back fusz and Im glad hes been understanding. I dont knwo if some of you think with your heads in the ground but you all know were a small companie and we dont have thousands of dollars stacked away just in case because we are not there yet.
To everybody else trying to fuel the fire, good luck. |
I think the issue people have is that the deadlines given never prove to be realistic. Just tell everyone you'll ship their products in March. As for upset customers, you brought that on yourself.

I'm heading back to the shop and the last thing I want to see is two more pages of criticism towards me when I come back so let me leave you great people with this..
I admitted that we are slow and its mainly do to the fact that we have a 550 sq ft shop with no heat and insulation. Its been getting colder the past two months or so and its only getting colder. Anybody in Chicago knows where I'm coming from. We are being forced to get a shop now and that makes things harder for us now. We are lucky to be moving into a new vacant shop with another company that a bud of mine owns and the rent for the place is already cheap so having a bud of mine move with us makes things so much easier. This means that in a few days we will have more room, heat, and a 3rd guy to help us when he’s free. That means faster turn around times and product deliveries. Things dry faster, we can do more at once, and we'll have a spray booth in house so we don’t have to wait over nights and weekends for the paint shop to open up that we use now. The last thing I want is people adding fuel to a fire that didn’t need to be started because that is only making current customers and future customers nervous and upset that don’t need to be. What I wish some of you would do is realize things have been getting better as you can see progress in our threads the past few weeks. I know this is impossible for some since some want to do this. However I thank everybody for posting and have nothing against anybody weather you have anything against me. |
P.S So if we can please get back on track with unnecessary rambling and bashing we all know it would help not only me but all the group buy customers.

I would like to take a moment here to thank John for those b pillars. During the time when the payment was due. I was involved in a car accident and asked John to understand the late payment because I was sorting things out. Next you know I got my tracking confirmation and I am waiting for the pillars to arrive in 2 days. So those of you that are b!tching about his "past" issues please just calm down. He made a mistake and he is definitely mending it with the new products he is promising. So what if he's couple weeks late? He is making sure our products are well taken care of before shipping so that way we don't have to run into problems later on and having to play phone and shipping tag with him. What's wrong with taking your time to make your money worth? I'd say thank you again John and I'll be doing future business with you as well, THANK YOU for taking your time and making sure my products are perfect. So I didn't have to order poorly made products. And thanks for the confirmation on tracking an responding to my questions. Because I am PATIENT which is something people apparently don't have anymore.....

maybe you were a little premature in your business venture, not being able to forecast these variables...:ugh2:
|
god i hate doing forecasts.

My six month forecast is almost complete.

Listen, I have nothing 'against' you. But any consumer should be informed. Sometimes you guys have products ship out, many times you don't. Perhaps the excuses for why are legitimate, but the fact of the matter is that there is always an excuse...bad epoxy, too many orders, bit off more than you could chew...now cold weather and the shop is too small.
Looking at the string of posts over the past months, most people would understand why your customers (and potential customers) are wary and skeptical. Sure, you'd like shining reviews on here, but those need to be earned. Look at Tony from Fast Intentions. He has thousands of posts with rave reviews and all of them were earned due to his high quality products, straight-forward ship dates, prompt attention to product problems, and excellent pre-sales customer service. |

why make a ship date if you cant hold to it? if nothing its YOUR fault people are upset. next time, take when you think you can ship by, and post a ship date a month past that........ |
Spawn,I think that you need to take a step back; stop taking orders, go through all your old orders and get organized. First, find out who you still owe money too, find out who you still owe products too, and get caught up. Once that is complete, I believe you will have earned, and receive the reviews you are seeking. But until this train out of control comes to a stop, you are going to have to deal with customer complaints. It comes with the territory. The question is how are you going to handle them, and what processes are you going to put in place so they don't happen again. I haven't bashed you once on here, and I have been very patient, but everybody does deserve a little constructive criticism.
