Interior Door Handle Protectors

I can already see that the cloth of the interior door grab needs some sort of covering. Does any such item exist? TIA!

Wearing of the material and yes sure, sweat, oils that are naturally on your hands, etc.

Mine get dirty so fast.. I lightly scrub that area with diluted simple green every couple months!

Damp cloth, quick air dry

as mentioned before, scotchguard

I've seen others wrap the handle area in Saran Wrap to keep them clean. Long term don't know what that will do to the Alcantera. Mine are just about "felt free" where I occasionally clean them with mild detergent and soft cloth. That Alcantera is weak sauce for wear/tear. Besides my 2009 interior is white/tan overall on seating and door handles.

Never thought about Saran Wrap but don't think I will do that! I guess I had in mind Neoprene and a little velcro.
I'll just be diligent with cleaning. Thanks everyone for the tips!

i use Griot's Interior Cleaner for cleaning cloths seats and carpeting in general.

if ur ride is a dd i would scotchguard it now (if that's cloth, not leather) and just follow up with this. spray into door panel directly or regular hand towel and scrub gently. follow up with a warm water wringed towel
