Any chance of doing something like that for the Amuse vents?

EVOR 07-24-2015 09:09 PM

Price will be $329 plus shipping.

zeus37 07-25-2015 10:02 AM

Installed pics?

EVOR 07-25-2015 09:40 PM

Next week

lt_370z 07-27-2015 12:57 AM

What happened to less than $300?

EVOR 07-28-2015 02:44 AM

That was if they were made in fiberglass, which quality won't be so good. Now at these price they are made of ABS plastic which cost more to make and quality is a lot better.

:hello:

EVOR 07-28-2015 08:21 PM

For Amuse will be hard, cuz many manufacture makes this bumper. Everyone have different shape.

EZT 07-28-2015 08:41 PM

Good price for a good product. Thanks EVOR.

Really? How about sticking with actual Amuse. I think all the good reps (like Shine Auto) are exactly the same as Amuse. I am looking for something that would fit form the inside of the kit behind the mesh, rather then slide into the vent. Maybe that would make the differences in the shape not as important.

Can you take some up close photos with the LED's off so we can see the fitment?

EVOR 07-30-2015 08:27 PM

I will do that when I get it back.

SANTI-Z 07-31-2015 08:11 AM

Can we preorder?

Japanjay 07-31-2015 07:34 PM

Where is the lense that goes flush with the bumper? Or is this lenseless and sits sunken back in there?

zefaulter 07-31-2015 08:15 PM

Looks good!!

cooltoy 07-31-2015 09:14 PM

No lens. This is not OEM.

Exactly, just a flat panel with leds in it and 3m tape. Leds have a nice color and output though. Would be a PITA to clean in there....

Lenses are a selling point, can't speak for others but I'd pay more to have an optional set of lenses in place. Without it these look out of place and like Cooltoy said, not oem at all.

cooltoy 08-01-2015 08:11 PM

I would just find some plastic mesh and cut it out in the shape and glue it in front of the LEDs.

ufoz8mycow 08-02-2015 10:18 AM

Good light output but I am +1 on it needing some kind of lens to look "complete"

EVOR 08-04-2015 01:36 AM

My concept was front other Nismo cars. They are have the same design. Have you guys seen the new Juke GT-R version. Same type of design. No lense at all

titto503 08-04-2015 02:00 AM

When they will be ready for sale?

zefaulter 08-04-2015 03:18 PM

Can I get a demo version?

tonybell_57 08-11-2015 12:04 PM

Subscribed for when they're ready for sale.

EVOR 08-16-2015 11:40 PM

More clear photos of them installed.

Smoke lens is actually preferred to clear ones imo

Any timeline on when the LED will be available for purchase? in the mean time, I'm going to do what Cool suggested...buying a black mesh to cover the holes up temporary, thanks buddy!

zefaulter 08-17-2015 05:44 PM

Any chance we could have these in different light colours? Maybe just pure white or something?

EVOR 08-18-2015 03:51 AM

LED lights are all white

EZT 08-18-2015 10:01 AM

Looks great man.

Gianni 08-18-2015 04:35 PM

They look yellow but light up white?

ufoz8mycow 08-18-2015 07:46 PM

Can you make them in CF as well? Pricing?

The yellow color is the phosphor coating on top of a blue LED, which is how white LEDs are made.

CanadianSteel 08-28-2015 12:31 AM

Subscribed because I'll be looking for this as well. Doing my conversion as soon as my parts arrive.
The yellow part makes me hesitate tho. I had yellow led halos before and I wished they were white. I found some white halos after though.
Aren't there any 6000k white that actually look white when they are off?

CanadianSteel 08-28-2015 12:33 AM

I guess you could always put a bit of tint film on each LED... They have an individual lense right? Like one per LED?

DIGItonium 08-28-2015 09:58 AM

@CanadianSteel, take a look at anything with white LEDs including flashlights and even factory LED DRL and headlights. The emitter has the yellow phosphor. Here's an example of a bare white LED emitter, which is typically the same ones used for DRLs (tiny). It's yellow:
Cool White (5650K), SinkPAD-II Square LED - 235lm

You can probably use spray tint. The curvature of the lens makes it difficult to apply a film over it.
