Nite Ize Steelie car mount
 

Hey guys.
I was looking at a bunch of different setups today and came upon this magnetic car mount. It is a steel ball that connects by a magnet that attaches to whatever surface you mount it on. I was wondering if anyone had ever tried this out and would be able to comment on how well it holds up. I am thinking about mounting it right in the middle of our cubby door with an iPad Mini so that I could have both the mini install and some cubby space, although Im not opposed to actually deleting the cubby for the mini. I've heard good and bad reviews about it so I am kinda on the fence with this.

My sister uses this one. It mounts on to your CD slot. Very sturdy.
