Bride Stradia II Sport
Why am I reading this?
Many of you who frequent the forum know I've been shopping for a seat. My mail-order Bride has arrived!! - After riding a slow boat from Japan, my person-sized box arrived. Justification: YES, just one seat. With the hassle of getting in/out of a racing seat, you don't necessarily need or want to burden your passengers with this. Also, it costs HALF as much, and you don't have to mess around with the pass seat weight sensor fiasco. Oh, and fat people won't fit. :rofl2: Seat Review: My 34 inch backside fits SNUG. By that, i mean that I cannot wear my winter coat and fit in the seat. But it's beautiful, it's functional, and the airbag light trick worked the FIRST time, which was weird. It's much easier to detect your car's rotation when you're more connected to it. :driving: Vendor: Nugen Automotive Review: Nick at Nugen was professional and easy to deal with. He dealt with my constant nagging and questions, so A+ there buddy! http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h1...p.jpg~original |
Same seat that I wanted to get but with the bride gradation
So jealous... |

Looks fantastic! From what I could tell it appears to sit even lower than stock. Did you get the standard or low cushion?
|
I have two "Venus Edition" seats sitting in my garage waiting for someone to buy them and take them to a new home... These sit considerably lower than stock. I am 6'2 190lbs 33/34" waist and I fit very comfortably in these seats. Anyone with a waist size over 34" will not feel comfortable on a daily... The height drop was too much for my wife at 5'2"... hence why I am selling them.

With the standard cushion, i sit about 2 inches lower in the car than with the OEM seats. Which is actually perfect because i don't have to recline the seat to fit in with a helmet now. |
LOL! I see what you did there. Surprised to hear that it's that much lower even with the standard cushion. How long did it take from order placement to delivery? Thanks.

The Venus edition backs!

Awesome seats
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
looks great, was toying with the idea of replacing seats, what kind of weight savings per seat if you weighed at all? I've already removed all the crap out of the boot haha
|
I've been thinking of getting 2 seats. Wanted to know weight savings as well
|
Just wondering, does the seats compromise driving visibility?
I purposely raise my seat to the highest setting so I can see the road (pot holes and such) at the earliest possible time. |

I just have my stock touring seats on the highest setting. But the question still stands :\ |
The low cushions would hamper the front of the bumper view. you will have to look further down the road. for your option I would look into Recaro CS Sportsters as they hold more of a stock seating height.

I want to know what seats fits me. I'm 6'2", 230lbs. 46" chest, 34" waist, :D with hip replacement. :( |

I've sat in Bride Zeta IIIs in a S2K and it was fine but as I suspected, it wouldn't be the best idea for me to have em in a Z. |
