Need a new licence plate holder

Wife had a fender bender and the front bumper is being replaced...long story short I don't want them to mount the licence plate back on the bumper. Who sells the plate holder that bolts up to the tow hook mount?

Sorry about placing it in the general...just need a quick answer. Please move it if needed.
