I hear it in the in car video its a very slight ticking, my car does the same. I believe its the vvel motor actuating. In my car I only hear it in the 1000-1500 rpm range and its gone after. I wouldnt worry about it.

Hello everyone,
I'm officially a new 370z Owner.
Just got it last weekend.
I just noticed this noise when in idle.
I can barely hear it in idle, and it gets a bit louder as the RPM goes a bit higher until it's a bit high and too loud to notice the noise.
Is this normal?

Thanks in advance guys.

I think I know what you are referring to. Is that the knocking (not ticking) sound you hear from both sides of the engine? If so, does it go away after you drive the car for awhile (>10 miles)? Do you hear it when you first start the car when cold?
