What sparked this question? Someone tell you they are different and you would get X amount more HP?

I mean i could see maybe "I have a head tick found some ipl one's will they work?" if that is the case yup EXACT same

Elmo370z 07-25-2014 12:31 AM

they make somewhere around 360 hp, I figured then might flow better

maybe like the Nismo it has more power and someone told him its in the heads and not the tune.

if i wasnt so scared of a VVEL head id love to port and polish a set. when i installed my lower mani to the heads i could see a clear 1/16th-1/8th bigger head opening then the lower mani. i should of ported the lower mani of course but both could be made a hell of a lot larger and the heads are very rough with casting marks and where two halves mate.

It's just the Nismo tune/exhaust on a G/Q.

With 2 fewer claimed ponies... Infiniti IPL G Coupe is now the 2014 Q60 IPL Coupe

ah ok just a case of he's* misinformed

Roddy1 07-25-2014 10:15 AM

They make 348hp not 360hp. Same as the Nismo.

1slow370 07-25-2014 03:20 PM

Regardless of how much power it makes they are identical part numbers.

Elmo370z 07-25-2014 08:20 PM

gotcha nevermind, yes I was misinformed
