What are these markings for the parts under the hood? There are more parts with these markings but no picture for it

The wires is for a block heater

Looks like markings from a junk yard or something. Very odd though.

That's weird, I agree with alphajam. Looks like someone scratched/etched them into it themselves or something.

Id put money on it being this.

It doesnt have those markings on the rims, windows or lights though.

are u original owner? if not they may be used air boxes from a car that had that security engraving and sold them for CAI's. Previous owner or dealer could have swapped back to stock for emissions

Not original owner. Even the engine itself has those markings though. Almost everything that is visible in the engine bay has those markings.

Contact Sherlock and ask them to ID YUL788232 for you. Bad luck if it ends up opening a can of worms.

Look for repairs...might have been wrecked and things were marked during process....does it some way match vin numbers#s?
