SPL diff bushings and whiteline diff bushings??
So for Xmas I got a $100 gift card to amazon. I bought the WL diff bushings. While they were getting shipped I searched SPL on eBay and bid $20 for the SPL diff bushings I came across. I ending up winning for $20 and now have both sets. I really want the SPL. My cars gutted and my CBE is LTH straight piped. These shouldn't be an issue should they? I know NVH will increase but over everything else I think I won't notice. FYI anyone want the WL's?

SPL bushings FTW! I've got 'em and they're not that bad. Wheel hop almost eliminated.

Sell me the WL ones for cheap instead

SPL vs WL
So the SPL O.A.L. are taller but I believe that's because you use the OEM washers for the WL's. The SPL front bushings are also all the same size while the WL have two different sizes. I'm wondering if this will be an issue. The biggest disappointment is one of the WL bushings I believe is made wrong. As you can see in the last pic the tubes fit very tight in all the bushings but one. There is a huge gap and the tube will flop around. I called the seller and they're calling WL to get another one sent or a whole new kit sent. So before I sell the WL kit I'll need to get the replacement. http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e1...ps628d3b87.jpg http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e1...ps7418685e.jpg http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e1...pscccae04f.jpg |
Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident for White Line :shakes head: I saw the same thing just the other day. If I had known, I would have chosen energy suspension.

I got a new bushing in the mail. So at least the venders on top of it.
