Samco Hoses?
 

Has anybody tried seeing if the G37 or '07+ 350Z Samco hoses fit on the 370Z? Normally I would just call Samco but they are in Whales so I don't want to pay for that phone call lol.

Not sure if its the same as the G, but here is the kit info for the 370z

Yeah thats the part number for the G37 kits. Have they been confirmed to cross over to the 370Z?

I ordered the kit for my 370z from forged performance. I havent installed yet.

Just set up a skype account. Only costs 2.x cents per minute to call anywhere in the world, and sound quality is better than a land line.

I do have Skype actually, but still would rather just ask the forums for free. :D

So, somewhat got my answer to this today. 3 out of 4 hoses will fit from the G37 kit. Not sure which hose it is that doesn't fit though. The guy I spoke with wasn't sure.

I had this issue. The hose that doesnt fit is one of the small crossover hoses, it is the longer of the two small ones. If this is not clear, let me know and ill email you a pic of the hose that does not fit...its in my garage.lol

Thanks! I don't really need to know personally. Samco is already figuring it out themselves. I was just updating everyone on what I found out regarding the G37 kits fitting the 370Z.

Yeah they will be.

The UK Samco site has it listed on their site meaning it will most likely only be a matter of time until it is available to us.

Also keep in mind that the listing on the UK site only includes 2 hoses as of now where the G37 hoses have 4. I would be willing to bet the 2 hoses included for the 370z set are the 2 larger hoses already available for the G37. It just will not come with the 2 smaller hoses, one of which does not fit.

That is exactly the case. "Quick fix" by Samco while they fix the issue.

Would changing the hoses be for apperences or does it help with cooling?

doesnt help with cooling per se...hoses are less likely to fail, can stand more abuse, last longer and look better..

Is the 370Z kit out yet?

Not officially in the US, but it is listed on the UK site. We use the G37 hoses which includes 4 hoses, 3 of which fit. When the 370z hoses are released they will only include 2 hoses. So if you get the G37 hoses you get 1 extra hose. That's the best way I can explain it right now. the 2 main G37 hoses will work just fine.

Are the 2 hoses in the 370 kit, the same that's included in the g37 hose kit? What uk site, do they have any new parts on there?

To the best of my knowledge they are identical. Savage08 has them installed on his car and they fit just fine :) Here is the link to the Samco UK site. 6th item on the list:

Ryan, I still only see the 2 hoses listed for the 370z. I thought they were offering 4 by now, as they did for the G37. I figured that they would have corrected that one hose that did not fit properly yet. Do you have anymore information on it? FYI: I would be interested in purchasing a set. Hit me up with a PM when you get a chance.

Are there any other competitors to SAMCO that we can replace the hoses for a bit more aesthetically appealing?

I ended up going with some Mishimoto coolant hoses. Just the two hoses though. Upper and lower radiator. They come in black/red/blue and are available right now through any Mishimoto dealer. Fitment is excellent and I have had no issues on or off track with them.

Thanks for the input Mike! So do you know if Mishimoto is going to put out all 4 hose replacements or just those 2 they currently offer?

So far just the two they offer from what I know, which isn't much lol.

Hey Mike, I noticed that Samco offers both a set for Coolant and Induction now. Are you still a vendor for the site? If so, can you let me know how much these 2 would cost, and whether they come in Orange?
