Changing the fluid properly can only make things better. If something got worse, blame the person who did it, and make them fix it :P It's not that hard, but as noted earlier there is a very specific procedure for this car that involves special tools, and a lazy dealership who thinks it's just another trans flush on a stupid minivan will do it wrong.

30k is for the manual transmission 370z

autos dont need to be serviced until 100k

Dealership was trying to get me on that one as well. I will probably do it at 60k.
