Just Ordered A Greddy Oil Pan

Hey guys just wondering what are the sizes for the bolts for the new Greddy oil pan? No hardware is included with the pan. Thanks

Johncy

If memory serves, the Fast Intentions turbo kit includes a Greddy oil pan. Maybe give Tony a call and ask what hardware you'll need?

Return it and order the GTM oil baffle pan.

Spokes man for GTM? The Greddy is baffled as well not all elaborate like GTM

My supplier talked to Greddy and they said it will come with all the necessary hardware to install the oil pan. Thanks for the input guys!

They must have changed it. It used to be sold without any hardware.

yeah the inside bottom of the greddy pan is actually lower than the bottom of the factory pan so the pickup actually sits 1/4"-3/8" higher than normal so there is about a quart of oil the motor could never reach. word is the gtm pan comes with a spacer.

I got the pan and the Oil cooler guys. Greddy says to use the stock bolts and seal it. I hope it works out. There is ports for the oil return and feed lines on the pan that I need to block off. I wonder if I will need a GTM Oil Filter Relocation kit.

No one can help me??

are you looking for bolt lengths yet or something else?

johncy2000 10-04-2013 06:04 PM

Im wondering if the stock bolts are long enough to bolt up to the Greddy Oil Pan.

I don't think so. I remember reading about hardware being a pain in the *** to source. Again, call tony at fast intentions. He should be able to tell you bolt lengths at the very least.

Well today I had the opportunity to see both the Greddy pan & the GTM pan side by side. There is no comparison, the GTM pan is the better way to go. Advantages are, more capacity, no trimming of the sheet metal as it is a direct fit, includes oil pickup tube extension & all hardware to install ( Greddy does not) 1 way baffles keeping oil at the pickup tube instead of Greddys fixed baffles. Deeper heat sink fins for better cooling. Needless to say I bought the GTM pan today ;)
