Z1 Oil Cooler system

I have all my bolt ons and dyno and tuned with JMS Racing. Is it really going to make a difference on my hp or track time with the oil cooling system upgrade?

It will help keep the oil temp down which can cause problems.

sooooo the oil temp lower is better than being around 180 200?

Tyler_370z 03-29-2013 03:07 PM

my tune has the oil cooling fan come on at 170 so it stays around 180 to 200

If ur tracking the car, after some hot laps the oil will start to climb drastically. The fan n oil cooler will help u out A LOT to keep the temp down. Trust me. Well worth it. I have an oil cooler on my TT g37. I live in south florida, well worth it.

Absolutly not. 190 is ideal temp. This is well known temp to burn off moisture and contaminants.
