7AT safe downshifts

Have a question for the other 7AT owners out there.

I have a very conservative downshift pattern which I'll outline just curious how much more I could push without causing any grief, below is listed the max speed that I'll downshift into a gear: (bear in mind this is fairly conservative I believe) this is for spirited driving but my opinion is I'm being a bit too conservative and I know I could just experiment but I'm pretty sure this has been worked out pretty well by this point.

2nd - Max 25ish
3rd - 60 or under

just curious when driving along the highway at 70 would you drop to 3rd, or just use 4th?

Thanks
Kevin

I'll shift into third if I needed to make a quick maneuver. I don't think there's anything wrong with that

I purposely do not downshift lower than 3rd as the jerking is more than I want while driving.

If I'm on the highway, dropping to 4th is plenty sufficient as you'll already be in high RPM's and into 3rd is not really useful. Personal preference of course.
