Engine beeping/clacking noise when off!
 

Hey all. I've been following the forums for several months, but have never posted before now. I have a 2009 AT Touring/Sport edition with around 15k miles on it and no modifications. I got out of the car the other day after driving home from work (about a 10 minute ride) and after turning off the engine it made the noise in the video link below for about two minutes and then stopped. It has not happened again.

I did a forum search but came up empty with this exact issue. Does anyone know what this would be? Thanks for your help.

The sound is normal but it shouldn't keep cycling like that. The wining sound is the ECU.

But also the clacking sound is a lot louder than what I normally hear. That'a all I know about that.

Ew, yeah, mine makes that sound for 5 seconds?
And doesn't cycle like that...


Time to call the dealershit

Wonderful... Well I think I may wait until it happens again to get it looked at. I daily drive it and its only happened the one time. Maybe it just had a lil brain fart and has worked itself out. Thanks guys.
