Engine Problem?
Ok so I finally get my car back from the shop. I'm driving her soft, gradually driving rough. As i'm driving on the off ramp my engine starts sputtering and then dies. I press the start button, she turns on, starts sputtering again and dies. I checked my battery connections, intake, loose wires, and any leaks. Everything in great so I try to start it up again, and again it starts, sputtars and dies. I try giving it gas when it starts but no acceleration, no nothing. Any Ideas to what this might be:confused:

Hit me up, I can come out to help right now! (310)eight nine three-4207 MAF sensors? Still feels like a intake hose loose |

Most likely because your tank was low, the slope you were on caused the fuel to move away from the feed and choked your fuel pump. |
the car don't stay on long enough to read the leds....the sign flashes then dies

Like it was mentioned make sure there's GAS and if that don't work? get it towed home so at least its safe till tomorrow and either tow it back to the body shop or the dealer
But first do a ecu reset By disconnecting the neg on the Battery and see it clears its issue |
Turn it on without pressing the brakes, so it turns to the on position, not TURNING it on
|
got it towed home....gonna check

If it died and you're on a slope, hopefully in an emergency lane, if you can put it in Neutral and let it coast/roll onto a flat surface, it would be better to leave it there while getting more gas.

Get gas from AAA or something, if that doesn't work out, I'll come out, you're a solid 85 miles away, so it'll take me some time to get there if gas isn't the solution, and you'll be up and down to diagnose the problem
