Normal or not?

So for the past couple days I have been reading about issues on 6spds. I've noticed the vibration when depressing the clutch, which I have come to the conclusion, is "normal." But I've also had the issue of getting into 3rd at times and end up grinding the gear. Besides being embarrassed I felt stupid. I thought maybe the first couple times the clutch sprung up to quick or some other driver error. I still noticed this happening on occasion and I know that the clutch is all the way down and should be for a smooth engagement. In the past couple weeks I have noticed something new. In low gears, 2 or 3 around 3k rpms I get this loud clunking type of sound and violent vibration coming from under the car where the pedals are. The clunking and vibration go away or becomes less noticeable with more gas. Is this normal? Or is this part of the many issues with the 6 spd tranny? I am worried since I have a mere 1,900 miles and the car is generally warm.

Its under warranty use it

True, I am due for scheduling a "9" month appointment. I'll have to find some time to make the appointment and hopefully nothing major is wrong.

Normal

I dropped the Z off at a local Nissan dealership. They had a tech and their master tech take a look and take it for a road test. They were able to manipulate my complaints and they said everything was normal.
