Weird noise while driving. Corresponds to speed, not RPM

I noticed a weird noise what I suspect it to be coming from the rear end.
It corresponds to speed of the car and it sounds similar to scraping your finger nails to a table of some sort. It does not change its pitch, just the pulsing frequency.

Could you guys be able to suspect a specific part that might be causing the noise?

Fixed, It was a front brake shield.
Thought I'd update.

yep - was gonna suggest something rubbing on the rotor
