Oil cooler addition or drop-in replacement ?

I just received my 25 row Setrab oil cooler and my question to the forum is this: would you add the cooler on with the existing manufacturer oil cooler or use it as a drop-in replacement ? I got to thinking about this because the tech said it could be done either way and I got to thinking about how already cramped the engine bay is and the heat as well as the weight if I added it instead of as a drop-in replacement.

So I wanted to get an idea from folks that have already done this to weigh in on what they did so I could see what the preferred method is ? Anyone ? Appreciate any feedback..TIA!

hey man it says in your info you drive a 09.. if this is the case you do not have an oil cooler. If you do happen to drive a 12.. you would add the oil cooler to the existing one.

I would only have one efficient oil cooler. No need for the extra plumbing or extra space taken by having two.
