Throttle delay/lag?
 

It seems everyone I know with a 370 notices a delay/lag off the line almost like a bog sometimes. Does anyone else have this issue/know what it is or how to resolve it?

Cool thanks, I'll look into that. I have a couple other things I want to do first i.e. springs, spacers, exhaust.

UpRev sure fixed mine from that throttle delay and power lag.

OP--part of it is a tune issue, part of it is the nature of the engine. It's pretty common for the VQ to have some hesitation when rolling into the throttle at low speeds. Theoretically it can be cleaned up with a new tune, but I haven't seen much improvement in the cars I've driven.

Sprint booster is what I used and I think its great.

could be your launch timing? Mine is stock and gets out of the saddle pretty quick!

Stay above 4,000 RPMs = what lag?

The lag I'm talking about is after launch with the clutch completely out, rpms over 4,000 and the car pauses for 3-5 seconds and then launches. The warmer the weather the worse it gets.

yea a tune will definitely help you out! an oil cooler as well!
