Tranny Tight Shifting Problem
 

Has anynoe had any issues with their tranny's tightening up at higher rpm when shifting gears??? Any shif over 3k rpm feels like gears lock and loss of clutch....I was running Jim Wolf Clutch Single disc now running OS Giken Twin Disc Touring Clutch...has been fine for 2-2500 miles. Problem came out of nowhere....any thoughts??

lol....car is supercharged but shouldnt make a difference, but i am not a gear head so no clue as to what is up...hopefully soon i will post pics of my z once i get it back...only get to come on the forum from time to time.

OP, I'd check your fluid to start with. Let us know how that comes back.

Yep its that nissan tranny put 50/50 of 85/90 tranny fluid thats should smoose it up a bit, and you need to remove that thing that makes your rev stay up longer and that guy thats between the seat and the steering wheel :p

car is with the shop now so i will advise on the outcome...been some talk about needing a whole new Tranny which doesnt make sense to me the car has 11k miles on it and truthfully was never beat or abused.
