Hesitation under 4000 RPM

This is probably a better section since it is engine related. I have a stock 09 with 12K miles. The car's been acting up lately where I would get a hick up at random times, mostly under 4000RPM. I have gotten it on the highway, city and in 1st or even 6 gear. It used to only happen when I come off a corner at second, now I get it at almost every gear. The car is fine once I am over 4000, but I am not sure what the hell is going on since there are no check engine light on. Nissan is useless because they will try everyway to tell me it is normal. Do you guys have any idea? I really want to fix this. If I lose my points battle because of these stupid problems, I am going to be freaking pissed.

Oh yeah, I tried to reset the battery and now my windows wont reset no matter how long I hold the button up

I hear ppl are having this problem and they get their ECU re-flashed by Technosquare or Osirus Tuner, then the problem goes away but in your case since it gotten worse i think its your fuel pump.

I am testing the brake switch theory. If not, fuel pump was one of my concern too. Now I have to make sure it throws a check engine light somehow
