Thanks everyone for your help, these forums have been GOLD! :driving:

Forget the Stillen and get a Hayden 1676 from ebay/amazon for $30. Same one Z1 sells and rated for 10k GVWR.

Yesterday I mounted mine vertically (only space I have with the oil cooler there) using the existing center brace in front of the condenser, there's even a free threaded nut to use. I disconnected the OE top cooler hose and used a brass 3/8" mender to connect it to the new line and ran hose to barb on the Hayden. For the bottom hose I ran from the Hayden toward the drivers side, cut a piece of the radiator core support out to ease the bend (2" sq. max), cut the lower hose where it affixes to the radiator fan shroud and used a 3/8" mender to connect the new hose to existing.

Do yourself a favor and use Awab hose clamps size 17.

FYI, the parts I'm looking at on summitracing.com are:

2x AER-FBM2978 - Aeroquip 90 degree swivel -6AN F-to-F
2x AEI-15635 - Aeromotive -6AN Male to 5/16" hose barb

^ Those, combined, would replace the -6AN Female to 3/8" clampless barb 90 degree fittings Stillen ships. Then you just need ~6-7 ft of good 5/16" SAE J1019 rated transmission cooler hose (NAPA Auto Parts has this by the foot in my area, so does O'Reilly, they both seem to stock Gates brand too, which is good), and 2 more worm drive clamps (to go with the 2 they already shipped).

If I were to order a 34 row cooler from Z1, would I just be able to order these fittings to make it work? The lines included from Z1 are for motor oil, I was told I would need new lines so I’m assuming fittings as well.
