Clutch knocking noise?

Wondering if anyone else had this problem? I was parked at a fast food joint and noticed when I had the clutch is pressed down it started making a knocking noise and i felt the vibrations on the clutch pedal. This happened in neutural and in all the gears, but it stopped as I started to drive and didn't happen again when I was parked at home. So ima take it in tomorrow. Maybe someone had this problem ? Btw no mods were done on the car.

I've heard the same on my 370Z. I noticed it a few weeks after buying the car. Bad shifts, stalls will bring out the noise. It seems to self correct itself after driving. I don't hear the noise now that I'm better at shifting. I do feel an ever slight pulsing of the clutch pedal though.

Do a search and you fill find all the information you need regarding transmission noise on the 370Z.

I have the same problem. I'm gonna take my car in too. it only makes the noise when the car is warm and with the clutch in. sounds like it could be a bad throwout bearing, or a bad tranny mount.

Bad shifts and stalls after maybe 50k miles yes but not if the car is still new unless your a new to manual trannys. I never owned an automatic car so I do have many years of experience with manual transmission cars. An update on the noise issue, theirs another weird noise i just noticed, cant really explain it but it sounds like rubbing when the clutch isnt engage and when I do engage the clutch it goes away but then the previous noise of knocking happens (sometimes) and I feel it on the clutch pedal. The noise does speeds up as the car does so their has to be something wrong, I never ever experienced this with any manual tranny cars. Im taking it on Monday and ill give an update.

Like I said, do a search. This is normal and has been discussed to death.

not normal when the clutch pedal vibrates. no manual trans I've ever driven has done this. only time I had this type of problem was when I had a bad throwout bearing in one of my other cars.
