Question about AT shifting

Has anyone else with the Auto noticed this about the transmission.
Everything seems normal with my transmission. But i started to notice when
i begin to slow down like coming to a red light a slight firm down shift right before coming to a complete stop. it's not a jerk but i can feel it. is this normal or should i have it checked out. im at 15,000 miles. thanks for any info

I actually like the downshifting. I notice that when slowing from 4th to 3rd in Manual Mode, I feel the transmission almost "blip" the throttle. I wait to feel it so I know when the car down shifts to 3rd if I haven't already done that.

I actually don't think it blips the throttle when decelerating on the computer downshift in Manual Mode, and I wish it did. That would make every stop pretty exciting :)

I wish the 7AT had a Sport mode which would make auto and manual modes more aggressive:

In Auto Sport, upshift at much higher RPMs (redline at 75% throttle). In Auto normal, go into neutral more aggressively (like other, older ATs).

In Manual Sport, downshift rev match for computer downshifts. Not sure how else to make Manual mode more aggressive.
