Basically if you take it to the dealer, you're more likely than not going to get screwed, if you take it to a reputable shop, you're likely going to get better parts (i.e.. Zspeed's or Z1's(CSC), and the actual labor at a lower price than the dealer.

Get a HD CSC from Zspeed with the insulated clutch line. Instead of resurfacing old oem flywheel why not upgrade with new CLUTCH kit/Flywheel Combo from ZSpeed also. Flush trans & replace fluid with MOTUL Gear Oil. Keep you old OEM Flywheel because you can sell online to recoup some bucks. Depending on your mileage you may want to consider replacing CMC too.

Ok guys I'm hoping someone can answer this quick question ASAP I'm taking my car in to get the sinking clutch fixed and I don't want to get played hah.

Does anyone know how long switching out the CSC takes, difficulty and usually how much that job costs? Just labor please let me know thank you!!

At a local shop that does a lot of Z work I was quoted $1800 including the new CSC and replacing the clutch/pressure plate.

I figured it would be a 7-8 hour thing, but it took me and a friend who owns a shop about 3 hours, not using any online guides or even the service manual and cost the price of the new CSC and a few packs of beer.

It looks like you are the first I have seen who has had spoken up about a CSC failure after RJM pedal install. How long have you had the pedal installed until your failure?

I probably had the RJM in for about 7k mi prior to the failure.

Sticky: (Official) 370Z Clutch Pressure (CSC) Failures

So I purchased a full kit that includes the (CSC/ pressure plate/ 6 puck clutch disc/ and a lightweight flywheel for $465 and got a master cylinder on the side for $75)

idk how much labor will be yet but I'll update haha

I had another question... Anybody know by any chance how much HP the STOCK DRIVE SHAFT can handle and what the material of the shaft is? I keep reading that they come CF stock. Is that true?
