Parts required for LSD install?

I have a 09 AT Touring 370z, What else do I need to order besides the LSD itself? I am going to go with Carbonetics Carbon LSD. But I will need OEM/Aftermarket parts to install it since Touring models don't have one?

That depends on whether you have Base/Touring or Sport/Touring. If you have the Sport package you are all set for the Carbonetic LSD, for the Base you need the longer side shafts from a Sport model diff.

I have base/touring. I know the sport/touring comes with the **** to just bolt up an aftermarket.

AT? automatic? I thought all the LSD's and differential options out there are only for 6MT's? Can anyone confirm fitment here? I have an 08 5AT G35 sedan

Thread revival, figured I wouldn't start a new one. My question is, if you're installing an OEM LSD (from a sport) on a base, do you still need the extra side shafts as mentioned before? Any other parts?

OS Geiken has one for AT.. its quieter than the rest.

Sounds good. Again looking to take an OEM LSD (sport) and put it in a base car, not looking for an aftermarket one. It's a 6MT if that makes any difference.

If you are just wanting the stock VLSD I suggest you just buy a complete pumpkin with one in it already. Plenty of them going around for cheap.

DR_ is right, doing a whole pumpkin swap is the best option since not only does the viscous core have to be installed but also the internal half shafts are of different lengths and have to be swapped as well.

Thanks for the info guys, really appreciate it!

Does anybody have part numbers for the half shafts? I am getting the factory vlsd, trying to locate the half shafts.
