new 370z..some spare $ to spend

just purchased and rebuilt a salvaged 09 370z all for under 20k and hoping to spend the extra 1.5 i had left over on some minor engine/performance related upgrades. any opinions?
i was thinking a new exhaust since my stock one acquired a hole in the previous accident but was welded back fortunately and a new bigger :drama: cold air intake. any products i should look into specifically?

what do you wanna use it for? Track car or daily driver? I say save up and boost it!

Street or track use. Oil cooler hands down.

CBE in my opinion. Intake is more for sound. As people mentioned, if it's a TRACK only car, then oil cooler, HFC.

I'm in South Jersey :hello:

You have enough to go FI?

CBE first, it gives power and great sound.

its a daily driver...and i think im leaning towards the f.i CBE (carbon fiber 18'" <3 )....maybe ill have enough after a solid week of work to buy a cold air intake jus to float my boat :D

haha..float ur boat?...yeah an exhaust would probably be a good idea for that amount of money.

carvalho360 07-24-2010 03:21 AM

im sure even boats need cold air intakes....haa

you'd be better off forgoing the intake the stock one is pretty darn good. a better use of the fundage after the exhaust would be hfc's or test pipeswhich will get you better gains/ make it sound bitchin.
