Not sure where you did your "in depth internet research", but there are tons of threads on oil topic. Most oil threads starts off nice but they all end up with "my oil is better than yours" posts. Just go with whatever makes you happy. (and don't forget to use our custom search for more "in depth" results)

They are NOT meaningless but if you try to read other peoples oil analysis, that's meaningless. Everyone has been trying to tell you this in "oil nerds" thread. Get your own oil analysis and follow it.
