The only way for someone to get hurt is if they don't follow the big important direction of where the jack stands go underneath the car. You also have to use the correct jack stand for the weight of the car. The chance of a jack stand breaking is very very very small. Now, if you're using a scissor jack then there is a chance it will collapse and hurt someone, never get underneath a car using only that. I have seen scissor jacks collapse but never a jack stand.

I don't have the Nismo, but if you get nervous driving the up the ramps, I just jack one side of the car up, put the ramp under that tire. Jack the other side up and put the other ramp under that tire. Works perfectly. I've got the Rhyno ramps...Don't forget to set the ebrake after you have it in place and wheel chalk the rear tires...might be overkill but better than watching it go down your driveway or getting caught up under it. :tiphat:

I got no problems with any jacks, as long as I have "insurance" under the car somewhere in the vicinity of my body! That is, something at least as thick as me so if the car falls I don't get crushed. If I'm on jack stands then I have ramps underneath the body next to my body. Spare tires under the tires, even used empty stamped rims before. I'm very careful getting underneath a vehicle.

I was kinda thinking the same. Lots of inexperience. Dont hurt yourself and save yourself some time. Pay a gargage to do it next time. Lol
