New Nismo Shiftknob!

1 Attachment(s)
So I purchased a Nismo CF Shift Knob from the dealer today (only because the parts guy was awesome and hooked me up) and I was pleasantly blown away  at how much smoother it makes shifting on this tranny. Now its probably all in my head, but driving starts with the mind right?

It does look a lot better installed than I thought they would.

It took them a while, but they made it look exactly how I wanted it.

I like it alot. Did the dealer install it for you? How much did it cost?

does the CF knob conduct heat well? is it going to be freezing cold in winter and burning hot in summer like a metal knob might be?

Yes the dealer installed it. It was invoiced at $126, but the parts guy gave it to me for $85, and they charged me $50 for labor. So I guess you could say I got ripped off, but being ripped off never felt so good before. :happydance:

My last metal knob on my previous car got really hot, but that one wasn't CF. I have no idea what this one will do until it happens. Will update.

Sorry man not for sale, keeping all my stock parts.

I have the Black Chrome version and while the shifting may or may not be any different I think the in hand feel is way better with this shape and feel than the stock leather knob.

I have no idea it doesn't say anywhere on the packaging or instructions. It def feels lighter than the stock one though.
