Depressed Clutch Noise/Vibration

I just took my car out again. I noticed that if I push the clutch pedal all the way down and hold it there in neutral, with the motor on,

I noticed that if I push the clutch pedal all the way down and hold it there in neutral, with the motor on, I can feel and hear the noise. I guess it is normal?
