Grunt Noise when First Engaging Clutch

Trying tr figure out what this is. Figure it's either some clutch plate issue or Thrust Out Bearing or Transmission.

it only happens the first time I start to engage the clutch the first drive of the day. It's very infrequent, but has started to become more frequent(but still just the first time in the day, when it happens)

As soon as I start to lift up on the clutch pedal I get the grunt you will hear at the 2 second mark. I push the pedal back in, wait a second and then lift up and it works fine. There's never any grinding noises, or soft or stiff clutch pedal or any of the other issues that might indicate the throw out bearing, BUT it's been doing this since I got the car. Nissan replaced the entire transmission 3 times, but it always returns after a few months.

I am outside of warranty now, so don't want to just start replacing labor intensive parts for no reason. But here is a link to the video where you can hear the noise. In person I'd say it's a little more of a metallic grind/grunt noise.

Would greatly appreciate any insights.
