Can I install exhaust by only lifting rear end?
I only have two jack stands, is there enough room to install a catback exhaust if I just jack up the rear end and put it on jack stands? I still get creeped out going under the car on jack stands, I wish I had a lift.

I did my catback and cats on Jack stands and ramps. It was tight, but not terrible.
Just jacking up the rear end will be fine for the mufflers, but you may need more room to take care of the connections to the cats. I realize there is an added expense with another set of Jack stands or ramps, but do you have any spare wood? If so, you can Jack up the front and rest the front wheels on the wood to get more clearance. Then use the Jack stands in the back. Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk |

I also need to change my dang rear diff bushings. I have a sawzall. Is that all I need? Sawzall, big hammer, big pry bar? |
If you can get a lift for a few hours, that's definitely the way to go.
I haven't done anything to my diff, so I can't answer that. But I'm sure someone else will answer up. I'm sure there are a few DIYs posted here. Just do a search and you'll see them Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk |

It turns out the exhaust is being delivered today!!
I am tempted to pick up some ramps from harbor freight and install that baby this afternoon... |
What system are you installing?

I was planning to keep my car stock because it's Nismo.... But then I thought, it's my car, I don't need to preserve it for the next owner. And a little exhaust never hurt anyone. :driving: I can buy ramps for less than the cost of a 2 hour lift rental. I'll probably do that. |

Where should I put the HKS emblem? What a conundrum. |
