Engine not starting
 

Hi all!

I was driving my car without problems at all, but then one morning I went to start the car and it just wouldn't turn over. At first the car was cranking like a normal start but now it just makes a whirring noise. I'll attach a video below with the noise.

There were no check engine lights prior to this, the only light that is on is my tpms.
