Clutch Pedal Grind

I recently noticed my clutch pedal has a slight grinding towards the end of it. It mainly happens when the car is hot, but will happen when it's cold as well. I changed the clutch fluid about 2 months ago, but this problem started about a week ago. Anyone have any thoughts on what to check? Is this possibly just a bearing issue?

Pilot bushing/bearing for gearbox input shaft.

So it's a grinding feeling. I should have added that to my initial statement. That could still be the same issue?

Yes it could be or possibly the thrust bearing.
