Quaife Diff install in the Chicagoland area

Anyone know where I can get a Quaife diff installed in the Chicago area?

I have all the parts for the install (except for the shims) and just need someone to install it on my base 370z.

Thanks!

You shouldn’t need any shims; as the Quaife units are pretty much plug & play,
That also goes for the Wavetrac unit :tiphat:
Unsure if you’re installing new bearings on the Quaife or having the ones removed from the open diff :ugh2:
Unsure if you have the A/T of M/T, as the traction devices are limited for the automatics .

Unsure how far away this would be, but definitely “ZSpeed Performance” Should be able to assist you or give you a referral

Thanks for the info.

I have the 7-speed auto and have new diff side bearings & new diff side seals.

I would recommend Race Consulting Agency in Mundelein, Touge Factory in Wheeling, and RCN motors in Hanover Park.

I'm sure there are other good shops as well in the Chicago area, but these are the ones I have experience with.

I called Joe at ZSpeed Performance and he referred me to RDG Motorsports in Lansing, IL. I talked with Rich and he set me up and installed the Quaife I had.

Install was easy and car is good as new.

Thanks guys!

What did he charge, if you don't mind me asking? Did you take the diff out, or did you take them the whole car?
