Have I gone to far before tuning?

I purchased my 370Z as a project car. The car came with Stillen Gen2 cold air intake and full Tomei exhaust.

I tore it down this winter to install JWT C2 exhaust camshafts. Removed the cylinder heads and sent them to the machine shop to be freshened up.
Ordered Fast Intentions headers. Ported and polished lower and upper intake and looking a buying EPS big bore throttle bodies.
Purchased Bosch Plug and play ev14 60lb 630cc so I can convert to E85

Then the car goes to Modified by KC to get and UPrev tune.

the question is will I be able to start the car before I get it to KC?
New to tuner cars so thanks for any input. Still waiting on my cylinder heads and my Fast Intention Headers

Definitely wouldn’t start on e85....unsure about the other mods, but you can get a base flash from the UpRev vendor- if he’s knowledgeable with what you installed.
Upload it yourself & then start :ugh2:

Wouldnt recommend. Either tow it on a flatbed or get a remote tune.

Contact a reputable tuner, they can give u a base map taking into account your mods. Data log and e tune or drive it to your tuner
