It sounds like the lifters, which is normal

Watch by 00:41. The whole engine sound ok except by the front area by radiator inlet hose. Oil was not low, temp was <220F. I thought it could be a belt tensioner or something but it doesn't make noise all the time. No check engine light

Replace your belt tensioner and idler pullies. Mine were bad at 70k miles. Put a new belt on it why you are at it.

Pull the serpentine belt and spin all the pulley's by themselves. You will find the bad one. I had a similar noise for 15k and never figured it out because it was intermittent. Pulled the motor for the upgrade and boom. Easy to spot.
