It's helping out the OP too.

Rusty just wanted to show off some 370Z noodz. That engine's got it all hanging out.

and this is why you dont take your Z to some random shop. either buy all the tools and work on your car yourself, or take it to a recommended shop

It would be over by the battery box and the throttle body. A rubber hose about 1" in diameter that going into the firewall. If nothing there. The next place would behind the intake manifold. Between it and the firewall on a metal tube. If you still can't find it. Look for new wires going into the firewall. I ran mine through the rubber boot over by the battery, next to the bottom of the windshield. The easiest place to run new wires.

Just got up from the bed. I will look into it. Thanks a lot for the info

Can I buy some coolant and put it in and drive to the shop ?

Or the car has to be towed ?

Man this shop has all the five star reviews on google. I thought they are good shop. Plus it’s so close to my house. Like 10 mins away. That’s why I go to them.

If its 10 min away then I would drive it there as fast as possible watch the temps though

The shop is closed today. But the manager will send a tow truck to my house and try to fix it for me today. I will go with the tow truck driver.

Even the best, most qualified people make mistakes from time to time. Don't be down on yourself for not doing your own work

At least they admit that they made some kind of mistake and try their best to fix it for me. I will see. The two truck is on the way. They said they will fix the problem for me today even they are not open for business. The manager will check my car and fix the problem.

And that's why you always give someone a chance to fix their mistakes.

Unless that mistake resulted in a baby. Then they're ******.

You are right.

They did not tighten one of the clamps causing leak.

What can I say ? But the owner of the shop is nice enough to check everything for me.

That sounds like powerful incentive to get to learn the inside of your engine bay!

Just set yourself a goal to spend more time inside the bay than in your significant other/palm of preference, and you'll be a gearhead in no time.
